Welcome! If you have no idea what "micronations" are, then take a look at Micronations.net. Or you could ask someone in the chatroom ;-) This chatroom can also be reached through a regular IRC client, like mIRC or XChat; in fact, this is the preferred way. Connect to the server irc.psigenix.net on port 6667 and join the channel #micronations to get there.
